M. CROZAT, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of Births and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of Orleans personally appeared:
William Silbernagel a native of Bavaria residing on Clouet street No 150 in this city who by these present declares that on the fourteenth of June of this present year (14 June 1867) at eight o'clock, AM in this city was born a male child named George Silbernagel lawful issue of deponent with Miss Anna Maria Mannabach, a native of Prussia.
THUS DONE at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid William Silbernagel as also in that of Messrs, Jos Julian and F M Crozat, both of this city witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto act their hands together with me after due reading herof, the day, month and year first above written.

Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit; the Thirteenth of August in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifteen and the One Hundred and 40 of the Independence of the United States of America, before me, W. T. O'Reilly, M. D., Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared A. E. Briede, an undertaker native of this city residing at No 1168 Camp street who hereby declares that George Silbernagel (white) a native of New Orleans, La., aged 48 years departed this life yesterday, (29 Aug 1915) at No 1301 Clouet St in this city.
Cause of Death Cerebral Hemorrhage

Deceased was married and a teamster. Birth place of parents, Germany.

SILBERNAGEL -- On Sunday, Aug. 29, 1915, at 4:12 a. m., GEORGE SILBERNAGEL, beloved husband of Margaret Seiter, age 48 years, a native of New Orleans.
The relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Order of Owls, Nest 1348, and Enterprise Protective Benevolent Association and Happy Days Hunting and Fishing Club and Hunting and Pleasure Club and Le Blanch Hunting and Fishing Club and St. Anna's Society and McDonald Council, No. 2, D. of A., are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from his late residence, 1801 Clouet street, This (Monday) Afternoon at 4 o'clock.
HALL ENTERPRISE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION -- The officers and members of the burial committee are hereby notified to meet at Roeling's drug store, Masnat and Dauphine streets, This (MOnday) Afternoon at 4 o'clock, for the purpose of attending the funeral of our deceased brother member GEORGE SILBERNAGEL, which will take place from his late residence, 1801 Clouet street.
