SECREST, BILLY GENE
Died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 1990, at Plaquemines Parish General Hospital. He was 58, a native of Cycle, Texas, and resident of Springfield. He was retired from Armco Steel with 30 years service and a U.S. Navy veteran of Korean conflict. Visiting at Woodland Baptist Church, Springfield, noon to religious services at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial in church cemetery. Survived by wife, Irma Felder Secrest, Springfield; mother, Edith Williamson Secrest, Springfield; a son, Chay Secrest, Springfield; and two grandchildren. Preceded in death by father, Carl E. Secrest. Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, in charge of arrangements.
