BLANCHARD -- On Monday March 22, 1965, at 1:30 o'clock p. m., CYPRIEN BLANCHARD; beloved husband of the late Eugenia Peouneof; father of Mrs. Lucille Landry, Lawrence, Eddie, Eugene, Henry and the late Albert and Raymond Blanchard; brother of Mrs. Emily Melancon, Mrs. Anna Gauthe, Mrs. Annetta Gauthe Delaune, Joseph, Sidney and the late David and Andrew Blanchard; also survived by 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, a native of Labadieville, La. and a resident of this city for the past 38 years.
Relatives and friends of the family, also employes of Waterway Terminal, The Machinery Rental Co., Avondale Shipyards, and J. P. Florio, are invited to attend the funeral.
