Died Saturday, Jan. 12, 1985 at the Seventh Ward Hospital in Hammond. She was 71, a native of Holden and resident of Springfield. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 1 to religious services at 3 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Billy Kennedy. Burial in Carter Cemetery, Springfield.
Survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lloyd W (Millicent) Patterson Sr., and Mrs. Sam (Georgia) Wall, both of Springfield and Mrs. James (Sharon) Allen, Whitehall; two sons, George Kennedy, Killan and Cullen Kennedy, Ponchatoula; five sisters, Mrs. Jessie McKigney, Mrs. Esther Richardson, both of Springfield, Mrs. Gladys Treece, Denham Springs, Mrs. Edith Bankston, Holden, Mrs. Laura Mae Downing, Baton Rouge; two brothers, Phillip Richardson, Springfield, and Murphy Richardson, Baton Rouge; 13 Grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; Preceeded in death by husband, Cullen Kennedy.
