'Champ' Retires After Busy Day at Baby Show
[Photo]
Tired of it all, 2½ year old Will Ray Billon retired without the trouble of having his clothes removed Sunday night after winning first prize in the second annual baby show at Ursuline college. The silver loving cup he received found a soft resting place as Will Ray refused to part with it.

LOVING CUP WON BY BILLON CHILD IN CAMPUS SHOW
A silver loving cup was awarded as the grand prize to little Will Ray Billon, winner over 18 other finalists in the second annual Baby Show sponsored by the college chapter of the Ursuline Alumnae Association, Sunday afternoon on the college campus. The presentation was made by A. M. Dardis, president of the Ursuline Co-operative Association.
Clad in varicolored costumes ranging from rompers to cunningly made evening gowns, approximately 150 children from all sections of the city participated in the five divisions of the show. Each child was accompanied by one of its parents in parading along the elevated walk for the judging.
The grand-prize winner is the 2½-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar D. Billon, 3706 Upperline street. He is one of three sons and is named after the late Will Rogers, according to his mother. Sunday was the first time that he ever participated in a baby show.
Judges were Dr. Richarda Williamson, Mrs. F. Addison Lawson, Miss Rosalie Kraft, Mrs. Earl A. Richard and Miss Marie Ford.
