LOWMAN, CHARLES H., age 78, of Cincinnati (formerly of Dayton) passed away Thursday August 16, 2007 after a brief battle with cancer. He was born November 6, 1928 in Dayton. He was retired from Spaulding Lighting and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a great fan of horse racing. He was preceded in death by his parents Linley and Mollie Lowman, brother Robert, and sister Mary. Charles is survived by his children Gregg (Linda) Lowman, Kathy (Jim) Martin, grandson Jason Snider, great-grandson Cory McPherson, brother Paul D. (Patt) Lowman, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held on Monday August 20, 2007 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. Funeral services to be held on Tuesday August 21, 2007 at 10:00am, Rev. Jim Martin officiating. Graveside service will be held at Mt. Olive Cemetery, New Vienna, Ohio. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
