OLINDE, NOAH L.
Died at 1:30 pm. Monday. May 7. 1979, at Pointe Coupee General Hospital, New Roads. He was 78, a native of Pointe Coupee Parish and a resident of Bueche. Body at Niland Funeral Home, New Roads, with visiting after 8 a.m., Wednesday. Religious services at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lakeland. Entombment in Chenal Cemetery.
Survived by his wife, Mrs. Ida D. Olinde, Bueche; a son, James S. Olinde, Jarreau; a daughter, Mrs. Henry (Betty) Lorio, Lakeland; four brothers, Jesse Olinde and Edwin Olinde, both of Ventress, George T. Olinde and Frank L. Olinde, both of Baton Rouge: six sisters, Mrs. William (Mathilde) Gremillion, Ventress, Mrs. Clarence (Winnie) Aguillard. Jarreau, Mrs. Wilmer (Mabel) Alford and Mrs. Roy (Lillian) Bergeron, both of Livonia, Mrs. Sidney (Ida) LaCoste and Mrs. A.K. (Edith) Durnin, both of Baton Rouge; eight grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vileor Olinde, and a brother, Numa Olinde.
He was a retired Exxon operator.
