That we, S. Herbert Collins and W. A. Milliken of the County of Fayette and State of Tennessee, are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee in the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars, to which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, and each and every one of us, jointly and severally, by these presents.
