I. Jenings Price Hudson b. February 26, 1838; d. June 26, 1913

A. Lynn Butler Hudson married Emma Kennedy (b. July 10, 1862; d. October 1, 1934). They had four children: Stanley Hudson (b. June 16, 1884; d. July, 1939), Mona Hudson (b. December 12, 1888, graduate of Belmont Junior College), Lynn Price Hudson (b. September 20, 1894) and Sherley Hudson (b. 1896, studied engineering).

2. Mona Hudson married Robert Farrington Cate (b.1887). They have two daughters: Jane Cate (b. November 10, 1910) and Dorothy Cate (b. December 13, 1911). They live at 258 St. Matthews Ave., Louisville, Ky.
