Edward D. Miller, 93, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2013. He was born January 23, 1919, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, son of the late Edward and Alice (Waring) Miller. He served his country in the US Army.
He was a member of the Greendale First Church of Christ; Red Cross and React. He worked as a Machinist for Thatcher Glass.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Gerald (Valerie) Miller, Edward (Beverly) Miller; 2 step sons, Larry Kinnett, Tag (Stephanie) Kinnett; daughter, Carol Ann (Norman) Rodgers; step daughter, Kathy (Thomas) Upton; 19 grandchildren; and 31 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lucille Marie Miller.
Family and friends will be received Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 5pm to 8pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Greendale, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Friday, January 11, 2013 at 11am with Pastor Tim Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana. Contributions may be made to the Dearborn County Veterans Organization.
