Miss Phillips. Lt. Kasting Exchange Vows
First Presbyterian Church was the setting Saturday for the wedding of Miss Priscilla Letitia Phillips, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert H. Phillips, 112 Gray av., and 2d. Lt. William L. Kasting, Jr., U. S. Marine Corps, son of Mr. and Mrs. William L, Kasting of Buffalo. The Rev. William H. McConaghy performed the
double ring ceremony.
The bride wore a waltz length gown of imported Chantilly lace and nylon net over satin. The lace bodice was trimmed with a mandarin collar and the net skirt had a panel insert of lace. Her Juliet cap, trimmed with seed pearls, held in place a fingertip veil of illusion and she carried a cascade of white gladioli and roses.
Maid of honor for her sister was Miss Patricia Phillips. She wore a waltz length gown of heliotrope blue taffeta and carried a bouquet of red gladioli and roses.
Second Lt. Theodore A. van Glahn, U. S. M. C., of Short Hills, N. J., was best man. Ushers were 2d. Lt. Peter C. Conklin, of Suffern, and 2d. Lt. John Schwarz of Elba, all of the U. S. Marine Corps.
A reception followed the ceremony in Drumlins after which the couple left for Chesapeake Bay, Md. Mr. and Mrs. Kasting will make their home in Quantico. Va., where the bridgroom is stationed.
The bride was employed by Porter Cable Machine Co. Her husband is a graduate of Colgate University and is a membcr of Sigma Chi fraternity.
