Thomas McKinney, who married Priscilla Anne Miller, was born on February 19, 1832 in Hardingtown, Dearborn county, Indiana. He lived in Dearborn county until 1875, when he moved to Elizabethtown, Ohio, where he is still living at the age of eighty-three. At the age of twenty-five he was married and immediately after his marriage settled on the Miller homestead in Lawrenceburg township, where he lived for eighteen years.
