BODY RECOVERED
MAY MINETTE, Ala., June 4. The body of Kermit McCurdy, 38, Jay, Fla., was recovered from Middle Creek about eight miles from Bay Minette today. Sheriff Taylor Wilkins said McCurdy apparently drowned Saturday while fishing alone from a small skiff.
