Orleanians Mentioned Among War Casualties
George L. Imhoff, 536 Louise street, and Louis Aronson, 1811 South Franklin street, members of the American Expeditionary Forces, are reported in the War Department's casualty list issued for Tuesday as having been seriously wounded in action.
Imhoff lived with his parents. He was drafted into the army in May, 1918, and after a short trainig at Camp Beauregard was sent overseas. He went over with the 156th Infantry. His last letter was received on November 5. He wrote that he was well, and that his company was making a rapid advance.

PVT. G. L. IMHOFF
Private George Lawrence Imhoff, of Company C, 355th infantry, died in France November 5 from wounds received, according to a letter received by his father and mother, George Imhoff, 536 Louisa street.
Imhoff enlisted on May 29, 1918, and was sent to France almost at once. He was wounded on November 5, 1918, four days before the armistice was signed. He was buried at the Meuse, France.
He is survived by his father, four brothers, Rudolph, Charles, Julius and Harold and one sister, Rosie.
