Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at the home of her daughter-in-law in
Covington, where they relocated after Hurricane Katrina. Beloved wife of the late
John C. Silbernagel Sr. Devoted mother of the late John C. (Jay) Silbernagel Jr.
Cherished mother-in-law of Marilyn Muniz Silbernagel. Loving grandmother of John
C. Silbernagel III. Daughter of the late Bertha Barnes and George Manshardt.
Sister of the late Alzina Maher, Lillian Massarini, Albert, Larry, Harry, and
Ethel Manshardt. Preceded in death by a half-brother and sisters. Also survived
by loving nieces and nephews. A native of New Orleans, LA. Relatives and friends
of the family are invited to attend the religious services at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE
FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Ponchartrain Blvd., (in Metairie Cemetery) on Tuesday,
