CEDAR NEWS

Lester, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Link Long, of Cedar township, died on April 11, 1901, at the age of 6 months and three weeks.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. J. L. Johnson of the Russell M. E. church were held at the United Brethren church on Saturday afternoon at two o'clock and on the following day the remains were laid to rest in the McDermott (Bethel) cemetery.

The little one had been ailing for some time and its illness finally terminated in pneumonia which resulted in death. The sorrowing relatives have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
